The Problem We Saw

In 2023, we were working with several e-commerce businesses in India, helping them list their products across multiple platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and Shopify. We noticed a recurring challenge that was costing businesses time, money, and opportunities.

Product managers and listing teams were spending hours uploading products to each platform, only to find formatting errors, incorrect displays, or poor presentation after going live. They had no way to see how their products would actually appear until it was too late. This led to constant revisions, delayed launches, and frustrated teams.

The “Aha” Moment

One day, a client told us they had to redo 500+ product listings on Flipkart because the images didn't render correctly and descriptions were truncated. That single mistake cost them weeks of work and thousands in lost sales during their peak season.

We thought, "What if they could see exactly how their products would look before going live?"That's when the idea for Prevu was born.

Building the Solution

We started building Prevu with a simple goal: give e-commerce teams the power to preview their product listings exactly as they would appear on any platform, before hitting publish.

We obsessed over accuracy. Every platform has its own quirks—different image sizes, description limits, rating displays, and layouts. We studied each one meticulously to ensure our previews were pixel-perfect.

Then we added features that made sense: version comparison for A/B testing, multi-platform support in one dashboard, and real-time updates. We wanted to turn what was a painful, error-prone process into something smooth and reliable.

The Impact Today

Today, Prevu helps businesses save an average of 80% of their listing preparation time. Teams can test multiple versions, catch errors before they go live, and optimize their listings for each platform—all from one place.
