By accessing and using Prevu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Description

Prevu provides product preview services for e-commerce platforms. The Service allows users to visualize how their product listings will appear on various e-commerce platforms including Flipkart, Meesho, and others. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date previews, but we do not guarantee that previews will be identical to the actual platform displays.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password you use to access the Service
• All activities or actions under your account
• Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prevu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
